Just 1/4 mile E of Sheepcreek Rd on the only major hwy going from Palmdale /Lancaster and Frwy 14 to Victorville and Frwy 15. Traffic light is at Hwy 18 and Sheepcreek Rd. It is reasonable to think that in the not too distant future a commercial use will be applied for and OK'ed at Hwy 18/Sheepcreek, where the traffic light is. Maybe a gas station / convenience store? If the historical pattern holds, soon after other commercial uses likely will spring up on adjacent or nearby lots as the Highway lots dramatically increase in value.
